Material Lift - Components
Steel A-Frame Gantry
Sets on a standard manhole guard.
Constructed from steel square tubing for increased strength without the weight. The A-frame folds down to
6 ¼" wide x 6 ¾" tall x 41 ¼" long when not in use.
All Steel Snatch Block
Provides a 3" diameter sheave attached to rugged hook with safety clip. Just snap into place when you are ready to lift. No need to remove the frame to enter and exit the manhole.
2-In-1 Stable Braid Polyester Rope ¼" Dia.
A 100% polyester braided rope construction utilizing Samson Duron® fiber technology. It provides the best combination of high strength, lowstretch, and abrasion resistance of any all-polyester construction. Samson applies Pro-Guard Marine Finish to provide excellent wet wear characteristics. It has a 2000 lb breaking strength.
Manual Winch with Automatic Brake
Brake winch provides safety and convenience for many lifting jobs. It has a friction brake which automatically applies a constant, positive holding action throughout raising and lowering operations. It will not free-wheel. The ratio is 4.4:1. Winch is provided with a powder coat finish. It is removable with the release of a single pin. |
